Fire Chief

The Fire Chief electronic fire safety system provides fail-safe fire protection for your road car and it's occupants. The Fire Chief has dual firing methods, the primary system being a push button operated electronic actuator, powered by the system's own integral power supply (the Fire Chief operated independently of your vehicle's electrics). This push button has a clear hinged cover to prevent accidental firing. The Fire Chief has a high quality aluminium reservoir, mounted on a neat twin strap mounting bracket and fits discreetly into the engine compartment, with the firing button fitted in the passenger compartment within easy reach of the driver.

The Fire Chief is available with a choice of extinguishing agents - either Zero 360 or Zero 2000 foam. Should you be involved in an incident where engine fire occurs, simply lift the hinged cover on the operating button, depress the switch and the fire fighting agent will be jetted through the engine compartment via the strategically positioned nozzles. The system will totally discharge, extinguishing the flames and deterring re-ignition.

A feature of the Fire Chief system is the totally flexible dip-tube, which allows the system to operate through 360 degrees. The benefits of this are two-fold. Firstly, it allows the system to be mounted in any orientation - on its side, upright or at an angle, thus making installation easier. More importantly it allows the system to fully discharge its contents, even if the vehicle were on its side or inverted.

The Fire Chief system is supplied complete with all components required for installation and is available in either polished aluminium or red finishes.

This system can be made fully automatic with the addition of a fusible link thus protecting your vehicle even when there are no occupants.

A feature of the fire chief system is that it is able to operate in any orientation.
